ImageSnap always makes your products with the greatest attention and care, but if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact ImageSnap within 30 days for a free reprint of your order or a refund. PLEASE NOTE: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of ImageSnap's error.

Contact returns@imagesnap.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return. Send the package to:
